Al-Awn Foundation's mission is:

• To offer assistance, support financially and physically to the less privileged/indigent, orphans, widows, humanitarian services, and the need in general
• To empower the widows and Muslim youth through vocational training that will work to make them financially independent.
• To nurture orphans with the best and sounds education and morals.

They have a Community Development (CD) Program that:

• Provides bore-hole/well water to various communities
• Digging the drainage
• Family and youth counseling
